With nearly 30 years of industry experience, Richard is defined by his love of family, knowledge of the industry and out of the box thinking. In addition to running a successful financial services practice Richard held various senior positions with two of our nation’s top 50 Independent Broker-Dealers. His responsibilities ranged from individual advisor recruitment, to managing and overseeing several business units to include: licensing, registration, transitions, national recruiting, field technology, practice management, products, services, advisory, marketing and corporate communications (public relations and marketing).
